Schiphol Business Travel (Formerly sZaintax Transfers)

We used Schiphol Business Travel, and would not recommend this company. We paid for a large van for our shuttle from Amsterdam airport to Rotterdam. They sent a beat up, old little subcompact car. Very dirty inside, would barely fit our cases. They still charged us the full size van price. As tourists, they took advantage of us!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are thieves!!!!!

The transfer was fantastic, the company were great in communication with us and on time for both legs of the transfer. They were ready and waiting for us upon arrival and were very easy to find, highly recommend. The vehicle for the return wasn’t entirely appropriate as it didn’t have 9 proper seats when we had requested 9.

They were timely and courteous and their vehicles were impeccably clean.

The both taxi arrived with one hour,,one hour and half late (10:30 am instead of 09:00 or 09:30). It was very stress for all of us. The driver said that it was not their fault because they have received the time for 10:30). The cars are comfortable and the drivers are polite.

Our driver was prompt, courteous, and professional. His Mercedes Benz vehicle is luxurious, spotless, and has lots of room. The driver was wearing a suit and we felt like we were in a VIP limousine. This was our first time using Find Transfers and we will certainly be using their service again and again!

The transfer went smoothly. Ayo also went out of his way to assist us, he took us for quick shopping as the closest supermarket was too far to walk.

On arrival with EasyJet at Schiphol Airport 7pm 2nd April the flights was delayed by one hour. Unexpectedly the Border Control was only manned by 3 officers and there was an extra long queue, which took over and 1 and hour to get through, pick up luggage and find the driver who wasn't very pleased as he had waited over 2 hours, we understood his annoyance but as the Customer we were powerless and could not control the situation with flights or lack of Border Control. Once off the aircraft my husband rang the Driver and informed him that once we were through Customs we would contact him again. Due to the Driver's waiting time he demanded an extra 45 euro's which we were unwilling to pay and settled for 25 euro's. In future Schiphol Business Travel need to put in place new procedures for delayed flights which they can monitor on the systems and also serious delays at Amsterdam's Border Control which is out of the control of the Customer and in the hands of the Airport authorities. The Customer should not have to pay extra money for something that was not their fault. We arrived at our hotel at 10pm exhausted after the Customs Saga and not amused which wasn't a good start to our holiday in Amsterdam. The Pick up from the Hotel on the 6th was brilliant.

Reliable and on time

The flight was delayed for two hours. The driver was informing about the status much better than the flight crew. He made the necessary arrangements to complete our ride two hours later. Thank you !!

Transfer was good but communication could be better. I had to write more than once asking for pickup instructions during the day. The driver was also not very responsive via texting and I need to call him to find his location during pickup.

Great service! Waited for us when our luggage was late coming through.

Our driver Faizel was a gentleman and very professional. We had clear instructions for meeting point and and Faizel was very punctual. I would absolutely recommend this transfer company
