Dear Mr. Phil It's a pity the ride didn't go as you hoped. Your experience unfortunately does not match the intended service level of Schiphol Business Travel, for which we are sorry. We have looked at the telephone logs and email traffic with the driver and according to these logs, he called you several times with no response. Your last email was at 10:17 that you were ready for the pickup and as seen he responded with 10 minutes he will be there. Despite everything we apologise if the driver did not do it. R. Zainab
