As we had the opportunity to discuss at the airport, when you book an airport´s pick up, normally you provide the flight number in order to allow the drivers to be there on time either when the flight is too early or too late. Of course, if people are coming on different flights then they should provide either both flights number or at least the last flight that is arriving.
