Journey from Innsbruck Airport to San Vigilio di Marebbe

Our outbound driver's Sat Nav could not find our hotel in the South Tyrol, but I made provisions and Google Maps got us there. The driver's English was poor but so was our German. Our inbound driver was super efficient with great English, a new immaculate vehicle and fabulous service. Overall we were happy. Our ratings are for our return driver. P.S. The outbound driver will ask for cash when he drops you off. This left us a bit uneasy as to whether the return driver would turn up, but maybe we are too sceptical?

Journey from Zürich to St. Anton Am Arlberg

The company offered a competitive price compared to the others who bid and for the distance the price was probably about right. They were also responsive to email queries. Transfer and driver were excellent, punctual and informed me by text when they had arrived. My only issue was them insisting I pay the total return cost having only just completed the outbound trip.

Journey from INNSBRUCK to NIEDERAU

We booked the taxi at 9.30 in the morning, and added our flight number as a comment to our booking. After we had booked our flight, one person in our group decided to reschedule her flight to one that was supposed to arrive 5 minutes later (i.e. 8:40 instead of 8:35), but it was a bit delayed and arrived at 9:00 instead of 8:40. The person had no checked baggage and was at 9:10 in the arrivals hall. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at 8:45, which was nice, but he was obviously very annoyed and angry with us that we hadn't told him we were coming with 2 separate flights. He made us feel very badly, as if we were too late, while actually we left the airport 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time (9:30)!!

Hello Steffie. Thank you for your review. As we had the opportunity to discuss at the airport, when you book an airport´s pick up, normally you provide the flight number in order to allow the drivers to be there on time either when the flight is too early or too late. Of course, if people are coming on different flights then they should provide either both flights number or at least the last flight that is arriving. I’m sorry if this conversation was interpreted in the wrong way. Best regards Martin

Journey from Munich to St. Anton Am Arlberg

Everything worked out perfectly. We were a large group of 11 adults and 2 babies. The two cars (a van and station wagon) arrived on time. The drivers did an amazing job of packing everything. They included two car seats for the babies. We had a comfortable drive to our destination and they drivers used their local knowledge to avoid traffic jams!
