Journey from CHAMBÉRY to LES MENUIRES

They were on time and very flexible when we needed to bring return time forward. Comfortable car with plenty of room. Good communication and confirmation of driver and time.

Driver was ready and waiting at airport, helped with bags and got us to our destination. Communication about return journey was good and driver arrived before schedule. Smooth transaction

Journey from Chambéry Airport to Courchevel 1650

Excellent service. Was contacted well before the trip to check on any special requirements. Pick up from airport was delayed slightly (heavy traffic due to accident) but was kept well informed by Fred of driver progress. Local knowledge of driver was useful in navigating around the traffic. Return pickup from hotel was equally well managed and a straightforward run to the airport. Vehicles clean and tidy, would definitley use again

Journey from chambery to val thorens

Taxi Fred is an excellent service. Our driver was polite, courteous, helpful and a very safe driver! We couldn’t fault him in anyway from pick-up to our return journey. Communication was excellent prior and throughout our holiday. It truly was totally stress free. Will definitely be back next year! Thank you so very much!

Journey from Geneva Airport to Les Arcs 1950

Fred was responsive, punctual and very reliable - a godsend when you are travelling with a young family and want the reassurance that your driver will (i) be there when they say they will; and (ii) get us to our destination safely. On our return trip, he even took the initiative to monitor traffic and suggest an appropriate pick-up time. This additional touch provided us with the comfort that we were in good hands. Would recommend and definately use again for our next trip.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Courchevel 1650

Fred was excellent and professional. Good communication and was accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we had to fly into a different airport. Helped he was familiar with the roads and car was a large van and very comfortable. Easy fit 4 people plus luggage.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Méribel Village

First transfer on 4 of February from Geneva to Meribel: our plane was delayed by 40 minutes, and during our journey to Meribel we stopped for about 20-25 minutes for a toilet. Taxi owner (Fred) started to send many messages and demanded to pay extra 70EUR for that (450EUR instead of 380EUR for one way). But in general everything was okay. Second transfer on 11 of February to Geneva Airport: booked a transfer at 12:30. First driver sent a message that he cannot be at 12:30 and will come at 1:00PM. Then he wrote that he will come at 1:30 due to large traffic. Then we wrote that will come at 2:00PM. (i have all screenshots from our Whatsapp conversation). Delay 1 hour and 30 minutes. But we could not wait until 2PM, because it was too risky to miss our back flight, and as a result had to take another taxi near our hotel and paid 500EUR (instead of 380EUR). Not saying how much stress it brought to me and my wife. Very, very bad experience. And it would be very nice if someone at least compensate my extra sending our 120EUR. Thank you

I would like to make a few clarifications. During the 1st transfer, the customer asked for a stop at the Mc Donald, telling the driver to wait 5 minutes, on arrival it lasted at least 45 minutes, and as this was not provided for when requesting a quote, the price being calculated according to, I simply asked for a gesture for the driver who was in the car to wait while the customers took the time to eat. Regarding the return, I had delegated it to another transport company, being overwhelmed that day and afraid of not being on time, I had made this decision. We all work with a lot of carriers, except that that day, the company , which I thought serious, had traffic problems and couldn't be on time. Unfortunately I was not informed of this neither by the client nor by the driver. I would obviously have to look for another solution even at the last minute to avoid this inconvenience and this stress. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience, which could have been avoided if I had been informed of the situation. I learned it in the evening by sending a courtesy message to the client, as we do when we delegate a transfer. I repeat, we are a family business that makes every effort to provide quality service, as other customer comments attest to this.
