Journey from Mayrhofen to Munich Airport

Initial journey was fine, had not problems communicating with Wolfgang in the lead up to the booking either. However when journey was complete and it came time to pay the driver was extremely rude. I had an email which clearly stated I was to pay at the end of the journey by credit card. However the driver demanded the payment by cash. While it wasn't too difficult to withdraw the cash, I would've rather known about prior to this as I would've done it elsewhere than an atm at the airport! While I was getting the cash out the driver threw a tantrum and was yelling at the other passengers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Also should be noted the driver was on his phone messaging the entire journey.

Reply from the transfer company:

This review is not true! The customer never wrote, that he want to pay the balance by creditcard. In the booking confirmation we always write the following. We will pick you up with a signboard " DONNA GODMAN" at the hotel reception. Payment by creditcard via stripe. We will charge the balance = 360.- EUR at the end of the outward transfer in Munich the payment by card via stripe is the deposit. If the customer want to pay by card, he must write an email, then we send the creditcard reader with the car. In this case it would also not be possible to pay by card, because the reader only works in Austria. And last but not least, not the driver was crude, the customer berated the driver - that´s it.

Excellent (faultless) service. Both drivers arrived early, were very polite. Quick and efficient service and the lowest price I was quoted. I'm very happy, thank you. On my return trip I was picked up in a beautiful, new, white Mercedes- very comfortable trip.
