Journey from Innsbruck HBF to Hotel Snaltnerhof Best b&b Restaurant

Driver was waiting for us on train platform and delivered us safely right to our hotel door.

Journey from Innsbruck Airport to San Martino In Badia

Driver was waiting at Airport when we arrived (despite delayed flight). Return trip driver arrived 15 minutes early. Cannot fault punctuality, politeness and efficiency. Vehicle was spacious and clean. Excellent service all round!

Journey from Hotel Zur Post to Innsbruck Airport

Transfer to resort was excellent. Return to airport rather more hairy. Driver was actually texting whilst driving at one point, and took about 4 phone calls over the 45 min transfer. His driving was erratic and somewhat scary.

Clear signage for me on arrival. Driver did not speak English but he was polite, friendly and helped me with my ski bag. Excellent service. I have passed the company details to the hotel I stayed in because they said I had paid considerably less than the transfer companies they usually use for guests. Would definitely use again

Journey from Munich Airport to Alpbach

I would recommend this company but only if they 'up their game' and make a few basic changes - it could be so much better! We had an okay experience but didn't feel relaxed because the driver didn't have a car SatNav and so used his phone. He either held it or balanced it on the dashboard in front of the speedometer, and answered calls all through the journey as he didn't have a hands free system set up - this effected his driving style (don't think he was aware it did), as he had to keep correcting his steering. The condition of the vehicle was clean and basic, and the price reasonable. The driver was very pleasant, punctual and helpful. The company was also very good at communicating with me.
