Journey from Dubrovnik to Iberostar Herceg Novi

I was told the transfer with FindTransfers had been cancelled on the 16th May, my travel was on 24th September so I had to book another transfer. Landed at my arrival airport and saw a driver with my name card. It was FindTransfers, even though they had told me it was cancelled. I didn’t know that and I assumed it was the one I had booked and paid for it in advance. It wasn’t the other company so I ended up paying for two transfers as FindTransfer wants cash on drop off and I had to pay it on arrival at my hotel. If I had seen two placards with my name on, I would have been able to identify the correct driver, I don’t know the other driver was waiting just outside. Anyway, long story short, be careful. Problem with this company is that there is no one to complain to. Poorly handled and now I’m €100 out of pocket.

Journey from Dubrovnik to Bečići

The arrival trip was excellent collected at the airport and no issue getting through border and onward transfer to hotel paid and driver said we would see him or colleague for return trip. Received email reminder from find transfer s night before trip but unfortunately no one arrived for us next morning. When we tried to contact them they said they had tried to contact us the previous day to say they could not do transfer. We did not get such a call and we went through a very stressful time getting bus 2 taxis ringing the airport and only our plane was delayed by 45 minutes we would have missed it . This we feel was a very disappointing service and would leave us unable to trust this service again.

Journey from Hotel Lapad to Huma Kotor Bay Hotel & Villas

Driver was on time and friendly. Unfortunately the vehicle was not big enough. I had stipulated 4 adults with four large suitcases but the Mercedes saloon was too small and one of us had to sit with a suitcase on his lap. Not ideal. We also had not been told that we would be changing vehicles at the border to Montenegro. But in the end the second vehicle was roomy and we all reached the destination.

My flight was late into aitport, however my driver was waiting outside for me. I travelked alone and was feeling slightly anxious. However the drive was nice. And I got to the hotel and was picked up at end of holiday without any issues.
