The driver contacted us via whattsapp the day before the transfer to confirm the details of the transfer. He was on time to pick us up and the taxi was clean and well maintained. He drove very well and got us to and from our distination safely.

Journey from Zurich Airport to Lech

The drivers were very pleasant and accommodating when our flight was delayed arriving. However unfortunately both vehicles were quite old, and not particularly clean. Especially the white van, it was not clean inside, and was not in good mechanical condition . When the car slowed down the smell of diesel in the rear was overpowering, and one of the seats would not stay upright. Also, the drivers both drove incredibly fast on both journeys, at times we did not feel safe. The drivers themselves were friendly, however we would not use this company again. The vehicles were not in any way comparable to other transfer companies we have booked on this website, nor for the price.

I don't know why you write something like that now, because speed was quite normal highway. And back it was a traffic jam, we drove in the main road, you can never do high speed. Last at this price can only be such cars If they wanted a v class, they could have said that right away, but it would have cost twice as much There are companies where Ford Opel panel vans drive at this price. So I came with Mercedes a Vito and a viano better price they would not have gotten that I think it's a real shame that they rated it that way, we tried hard and waited in the airport for almost 1 hour Nevertheless, I didn't get any waiting time

Journey from St. Anton to Zurich airport

Murat was an exceptional driver. I highly recommend his services to everyone! In fact I realised only having arrived at the airport that I had forgotten my passport. Murat kindly agreed to meet my parents halfway between Sankt Anton and Zurich and get back to the airport to bring me the passport. Smooth, polite and helpful driver and needless to say exceptionally reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!

Journey from St Anton am Arlberg to Zurich Airport

After confirming 5 people with 5 bags, the taxi arrived and we nearly didn't fit in , the poor driver tried but it was a 7 seater car and so the space was limited for the bags. We finally managed to fit in with some manuovering. The rest of the trip was fine. It was a stressful start as I thought we were never going to fit in. I am not sure how they thought 5 bags were meant to fit into a space next to the 6th seat. regards
