About Ted's Transfers

Ted's Transfers is a local one man business specialising in customer service. Ted Fieldhouse is an englishman that moved to Tirol in 1996 and has been driving transfers for over 20 years. He established his own company to offer better service than those companies he has worked for before as a driver. Ted as the driver and manager ensures easy communication, both during the booking process and during the transfer.

Based near Innsbruck Ted's Transfers is in the optimum location to transport you and your family safely and comfortably from Innsbruck, Munich and other nearby airports, to your favorite ski resort in Tirol.

Main routes include Obergurgl, Lech, Ischgl, St Anton, Zürs, Sölden, Serfaus and Fiss. Plus many more.

As a strict non-smoker Ted assures you that the transfer vehicles are cigarette smell free (unlike most other transfers in Tirol). The vehicles are used only for longer distance transfers, no short ski taxi shuttles, so are always very clean and comfortable. Complimentary still water is also provided.

The larger Mercedes Sprinter minibus, gives groups of 4-8 passengers much more space than most transfer minibuses. Both for your leg and head room, and your luggage. Full sized seats for all 8 passengers. (No middle seat in the front next to the driver).

For 1-3 passengers we use a luxury Audi A6 estate car with a large roof box for skis/snowboards or extra bags.

Top quality and clean "Cybex" child seats are included in the price when necessary.

Vehicles in the fleet

For 4-8 passengers we offer a long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter minibus. This is larger than most transfer minibuses offering full sized seats for all 8 passengers. Extra leg room, extra seating space and head room plus a very large luggage space. There's no need to have bags on laps even for the biggest families. Ski/snowboard bags fit inside the minibus keeping them clean and dry.

For 1-3 passengers we offer an Audi A6 Allroad estate car with alcantara leather seats for all passengers. Our large roof box garantees plenty of room for skis and snowboards or extra luggage.

Our high quality vehicles are meticulously cleaned and mechanically maintained. We don't try to squash as many transfers as possible in to one day, meaning we are flexible when delayed flights or weather and heavy traffic causes delays.
