Journey from La Pineda to Barcelona

Good service, happy with the driving service however, they did not have both the cars seats we booked. Luckily we managed ok as one of the children could just about manage without but it would have been a disaster otherwise.

Journey from Barcelona airport to Cambrils Park Resort

Issue with the company not checking Find Transfers for updated communication which meant my elderly father and his partner had to get the bus as the company changed the type of vehicle and there wasn't enough room for everyone. They told me the bus seated 20 and we were 15 people but they only had room for 13. The solution was for me to pay for my father to get a private taxi at a cost of EUR200.00 one way. The driver of the bus didn't bother to call the head office or me to find out what happened, no solution was offered - EUR50.00 off my trip back to BCN airport. I wasn't flying out of BCN and they didn't offer anything else. Use the company at your own peril. Such a shame as I was delighted with the pre communication but what is the point in using an aggregator for bookings if you're not going to use that tool to monitor communication

We recently travelled to Spain from Ireland with our 4 children and my parents. My father had a broken leg which made the trip a little more stressful. Journey from Barcelona Airport to Hotel Las Vegas

Natalie was fantastic with regards to communication through WhatsApp and also telephone calls where needed. There was a bit of a delay being collected from the airport but Natalie was in constant contact, liaising between myself and the driver. It was a return transfer and both drivers and vehicles were top class and I would definitely use this company again.
