Chris was great communicating our pick up time and was flexible in picking us up from the Town and taking us back to the Hotel to get our luggage (as opposed to us walking up the hill!).

I found Turin Shuttle to be a very professional service. We flew during Storm Eunice and although our flight was delayed by 3.5hrs, Christian arranged an alternative taxi to be waiting for us at the airport, which was greatly appreciated after a long day travelling with children. Both Christian and Augusto were very careful but efficient drivers who were both friendly and punctual. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and using again in the future.

Our driver Christian got in touch early and was very easy to get hold of and flexible in working around our changing needs as we switched flights and times due to the evolving Covid-19 situation that was unfolding whilst we were in Italy. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Christian.

Turin shuttle was very good i had a large group of people on my transfer and they was accommodating when i asked to increase the numbers if people traveling. The transfer bus arrived both at the airport and at our pick up location for the return journey well before the agreed time. Transfer was comfortable and swift. Will definitely be using again in future!
