Eros was an amazing driver. He was waiting at the airport for us and took us straight to the car. We needed to make a stop before we headed to our destination and he made this and waited for us, and then found a lunch spot for us to grab a sandwich. He even had waters waiting in the car for us! We can’t thank him enough and will definitely book again and tell all our friends. Very professional and efficient driver.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Vigi. Our driver, Eros, was waiting for us on arrival at the airport in Venice with a clearly marked sign making it very easy to locate him. He parked right outside the exit doors of the terminal, so it was less than a one minute walk to his vehicle. He loaded all of our luggage for us which was a big help after a long flight. His vehicle was in top notch condition and accommodated our family of four, plus luggage, very comfortably. The drive to Ortisei was ~3 hours and was a combination of highways, small town, and mountain roads. I have driven in many countries and in many conditions, but I must say that it was very nice, if not essential, to be able to rely on a competent driver to negotiate this challenging route, especially after a long and tiring flight. Eros did an excellent job and delivered us right to the front entrance of our hotel. On our return to Venice, Eros met us at 7 AM sharp on a Sunday morning, which was very impressive in and of itself. Smooth drive back, and we were even offered the opportunity for a side visit to Cortina, but opted not to. Once in Venice, we required a water taxi to our hotel....we had originally planned to walk ~1 mile through the city to San Marco square to catch a shuttle, but Eros offered to coordinate with a contact of his at the commercial ferry terminals where he could drop us off and we could catch a taxi w/o having to drag our suitcases across the city. This was very helpful and much appreciated. All in all an excellent experience with Vigi; would highly recommend them to any traveler looking for a seamless transportation option in Italy.

Reasonable price compared to other transfers. Car was clean, driver was polite and helpful. Our transfer was 2 and a half hours up to Dolomites. Much nicer to have some drive who knows the roads!!

Eros contacted us 3 days before to confirm times etc. Arrived promptly very helpful and charming. Drove beautifully and organised a transfer on river boat in Venice to our hotel. Would definitely recommend him.
