We had a very pleasant trip with Walter. My only comment is that once you confirm the transfer you need to make sure he is informed about your needs of car sits for your children.

I would have given this a 5-star rating but for one nigly thing.............. From the moment of booking, Walter communicated well with me throughout. On the day of collection, Walter messaged me to advise me that he was delayed and was sending one of 'his' drivers in his place. The new driver arrived bang on time and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was only when we arrived at our destination that there was a bit of a problem. I had the cash ready, for the amount agreed by email on Walter's original quote. Our driver told me that it would be 10 euros more and claimed that Walter had instructed him about this. I showed him the original email but he still requested the additional funds. Thinking he was one of Walter's drivers, he then went on to give me his business card and said that I should book directly with him next time......not to bother contacting Walter!! I gave him suitable advice!! I let Walter know what had happened but I haven't heard back from him. Love the idea of the Find Transfers website........just a little bit annoyed with this incident.

Walter met us from our flight, he drove us safely to our destination in his very comfortable and spacious Mercedes. Child booster seat was provided. We had confirmation of our return trip, Walter arrived in plenty of time and was courteous, friendly and polite.

I had to wait for my passport check and he contacted me saying he was waiting for me. His car is really big and comfortable for big families. I really recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a nice ride.
