Journey from Milan Malpensa Airport to Aparthotel - Cervinia

We booked a return transfer with Walter and were very impressed with the service. Our first flight was cancelled but Walter’s communication throughout the ensuing delay was excellent. He was extremely helpful in adjusting his timings and met us promptly from the rebooked flight. Both journeys to and from our destination were comfortable in a new, luxury vehicle and we would thoroughly recommend Walter and his vehicle.

Journey from Milan to Club Med

Despite the excellent car and punctuality, few things should be noted. The driver stopped twice to refuel, he could have done this sooner. But the weak point was raising the price differently from what had been agreed. It's not the best way to treat a client. And finally, whoever made the transfer seemed to be an outsourced company from Eastern Europe. I never met Walter.
