Journey from Verbier to Milano

On the positive side, the car was very comfortable and the driver, Walter Ruzzoni, was on time. However, I cannot recommend Walter Ruzzoni for the following reasons: 1. Walter sent me a message less than a week before the transfer date, saying he would not honour the booking unless we paid an extra 55 euros for a toll that was not disclosed at the time of booking, and an extra 25 euros because he said his driving costs had increased. He refused to take us unless we agreed to pay these extra amounts. 2. He dropped us off more than a block from our hotel in Milan with all our luggage including ski gear saying he couldn’t get any closer due to roadworks. This proved to be incorrect - every other taxi we took in Milan collected us and dropped us off right outside the hotel notwithstanding the ongoing roadworks. 3. Our belongings were not kept secure in the car whilst we were on a short toilet and coffee break during the trip.

good morning how. we checked together on our arrival at the hotel address the works were in progress and we found 2 streets closed and we tried but it was not possible to enter .... your reservation was made in September and in these 5 months there have been many increases in general such as highways, fuel and tunnels which was at your expense extra journey ... the luggage in the car was put by you with me in the trunk and no longer taken out until arriving at the hotel we did a 10 minute stop for a coffee, I don't see the difficulties since after drinking a coffee I waited for you outside near the car. ... I'm sorry for all this but I don't gladly accept complaints that I have never received from anyone. You are the first for this reason they hurt me thanks.
