Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Hotel Best Semiramis

Driver was on time and the bus was comfortable to travel in. Dropped right outside the terminal and collected at my hotel door. Great value for money for over an hours journey

We weren't sure what to expect because we had asked for a quote for a private transfer and the price we were given stated it was for shared. In the event, we had a private minibus each way which was fine. Service was prompt and efficient

Our plane was a bit late arriving at Tenerife South airport. There was no-one at the kiosk where we'd been asked to go, but we had Jackie's mobile number and were able to contact her. She said that because we were late, our driver had gone off to collect another passenger. We decided not to wait as it turned out to be very easy to get taxis immediately outside the airport. We did keep in contact with the company, and they collected us on time, and with a baby seat, at the end of our holiday. Very nice people and they were easy to contact.

But slow at airport to hotel at your reception we had to phone for the driver to pick us up but if a wait, on return was a hour late picking us up due to accident on motorway but other than that the driver got us to airport on time we’ll worth it to get transfer.

Transfer to and from the hotel were on time and it was good to get updates prior to pick up regarding traffic ect. Also it was easy to find your location in the airport
