Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Callao Salvaje

Our transfer was at the airport on arrival and took us all safely to our accommodation. We had 3 children aged 4 and under in our party so we booked child seats. Imagine our surprise when the child seats weren’t anywhere to be seen when we were picked up for our return to the airport a week later! Especially as it’s the law for children to be strapped in. Unfortunately the driver didn’t speak English and knew nothing about the booking. We could do nothing but put our infants and child on our laps. Since returning home and contacting the company no one has come back to me to explain what happened so all in all I’m disappointed.

Journey from Gran Tacande Wellness & Relax to Tenerife South Airport

The wait time in the airport was not ideal and we were not informed that we were shiaring a car with 2 other people on arrival but we were informed prior to return. It was not the drivers fault but We were waiting about 20 minutes with no explanation. Otherwise pleased with transfer.

We turned up at the airport to find we had no transfer and that we had to Queue up in a taxi line. We paid for a transfer not a taxi . When we complained the response was that we booked a shared transfer but when you book a car then a shared transfer would not be acceptable as we could catch covid this way . Javkie then sent me a copy of my booking just to prove her point ., but i booked my preferences with you as a car transfer and not a taxi . Also i had 2 seperate messages to say firstly the driver would be in arrivals with our name and then later there was a whats app msg to say go to office. I usually use holiday taxis which is more expensive but much smoother
