Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje

Transfer was on time for both journeys and as I had requested a car seat for my 11 month old son, I was pleased that there was one in the car/van on arrival but on the return journey I noticed just before I set my son into the car seat that there was feces all over the seat. Disgusting and so unhygienic. Can totally understand that the previous customer obviously should have wiped it down or made it apparent to the driver but surely it should be checked etc regularly? Especially in the hot weather. Driver pretended he didn’t know what we were Saying but was able to understand us when we needed to pay. Reliable service but not happy with previous experience.

The only reason this was not 5 star is because the drive took us to the wrong hotel. to be fair it was not her fault. She showed me the paper work that she had been given. When I pointed out it was not where we were meant to be she did not hesitate to take us to the correct hotel.

The driver was at the airport to meet us in arrivals - we did not have to wait around for him and the driver who came to the Hotel to pick us up to take us back to airport turned up at the exact time we requested. Both very pleasant and polite Would not hesitate to recommend your Company

Great service. Was waiting for us on arrival at the airport and on time for our return pickup from the hotel. Clean, comfortable mini van and friendly driver. Would definitely recommend.

The transfer from the airport was excellent. On the return, the collection was tight for time and then we made a detour to pick up other passengers. This made us later than we would have wanted at the airport. Both drivers very helpful.

Journey from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) to Puerto de Santiago

The contact person and the drivers were excellent and did their best even though they had trouble finding our accommodations. The woman that met us at the airport to take us to the driver wasn’t there when we arrived so we had to turn on our cellular data to call the office. She arrived about 10 minutes later and accused us of not seeing her (there were only 3 people waiting at arrivals so we would not have missed her and in fact, took turns walking up and down the airport.) She was rude and not an asset to a great company.

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje

We were met at the arrival and promptly escorted to the minibus. It took maybe 20 mins for the drive from airport to our hotel. Driver was very nice and courteous. For our return journey to the airport minibus showed up at the time that we had it booked. Only because of heavy traffic it took us about 45mins to the airport but the driver dropped us outside departure gates so we didn't have to walk around unnecessary. Very pleased with services and will definately use this company again should we return to Tenerife.
