Journey from TENERIFE SOUTH AIRPORT to HOTEL SOL TENERIFE

Transfer from airport to hotel was pretty good. Driver was friendly and courteous. Return trip although on time was not great. Driver was rude, unfriendly and did not seem to care even did not want to help with luggage. After asking to turn on a/c, he just turned it off making it even warmer in the van.

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Perfectly on time but a better sign and instructions on where to meet at the airport would be good as there are two exits out of the baggage area. The bus isn’t the poshest but it is fast and cheap. Plus they answer their mobiles unlike other companies I have used.

Journey from The palms golf de sur to Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

Picked up on time there and return. Driver was very friendly and bus was immaculately clean - as well as driver looking very smart. Could not have been a nicer experience and money quoted was exactly confirmed. Have already recommended to friends on holiday and will definitely use again.

We had a 2hr delay and the driver waited for us which I would have thought he would have gone and was polite and helpfulThe driver going back was on time also and very helpful and polite. I would definately recommend you to anyone else who needs a transfer. Pauline Clayton

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

The driver picked us up in a filty van. We were shocked when we got to see the car that was going to transport us to our hotel. We paid him the amount we were given as a qoute and he was very surprised, apparently he was communicated a higher amount. We canceled the return trip due to the horrible conditions they offered. For a difference of only 6 euros we had a regular cab with a brand new car to take us back to the airport. Disappointing!!

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to San Miguel de Abona

Upon arrival, our luggage was seriously delayed coming off the aircraft at Tenerife Sur Airport, yet the Yurena driver waited for us and the Yurena office agent phoned me twice to inquire after the delay and to find out where we were. They were very supportive and reassuring. During our 2-week visit we stayed in three different places on the island and Yurena offered to fetch us and drop us off wherever, whenever. At the end of the holiday we had a lot of additional hand luggage; also, we were staying in a guesthouse in one of the villages (quite far from the municipal bus route) so it was very convenient and stress-free to be picked up by the transfer service. I shall definitely use this company again in the future. Ditto the findtransfers website - very user-friendly and totally effective. Thank you.

The baby seat wasn’t there but they soon got one otherwise fine.
