The drivers were on time, helpful and safe drivers. they provided two booster seats for my kids, which a lot of places don't so there was an added layer of care that was nice to have, when traveling with kids.

Driver arrived early and helped with bags. We had an uneventful ride to the airport in a van that could have fit at least ten (there were only four of us). Highly recommend!

Met at stand a lady driver eventually turned up and walk straight out a door which was a different door than the taxi was at she made no attempt to wait as it clearly stated 2 persons, my wife had gone looked for driver as no one was at desk 4 After about 20 minutes I walked back to the desk to find the driver here and again stormed off out the door and did not wait for us to follow After getting to the taxi she ignorantly stamped here feet and said no you pain now and refused to allow us to boards Having travel for over 40 years we always paid the full date when dropped off at the hotel The mist rude driver I have ever experienced On returning journey the male driver made no attempt to carry any of the luggage and same attitude just walked out the door For the first time ever I did not tip and would never use this service again I would rather have paid more , it does not cost anything to be nice . Overall a shocking poor experience Joe

Pick-up was 15 minutes late, although to be fair to them, they did ring me 5 minutes before the booked time to say they would be there 'in 2 minutes' which was clearly not true. The minibus was a bit old and shabby and had no seatbelts. I've used this company now for 5 journeys and this was the least pleasant. I may use them again, but am likely to research alternatives too. I would recommend them to others but with a warning about the quality.
