It was easy to use although it would have been better to able to make payment online and ensure service fulfilment; I had to pay in cash and was a bit nervous that the driver might not turn up if he got a better job.

The system is really good. The emails remembering the transfer is useful. If you could also send a mobile message (sms) with the same information would be perfect. Also the name of the driver, a photo of the driver and the car would be good.
