I think the idea of the site is great and it works well - (assuming the booking actually happens!) One suggestion - could you state somewhere about how to give feedback - I think the follow up email request is fine but I didn't know that would happen and spent time trying to work out how to make these comments about my experience. However despite my particular problems I'll certainly use FindTransfers again - and hopefully on a world wide basis in future!

Journey from GRENOBLE to VÉNOSC

I did have my concerns when booking through the site that the taxi driver would actually turn up (as it was obviously a one man band) but I was most impressed. Far cheaper than going to a large transfer company and my experience was very positive!
