Flight cancellation due to poor weather meant a hasty change of plan as we were diverted but the Advance Airport Transfer team were superb accommodating the c5hr delay and were professional and reassuring throughout. Can’t recommend then highly enough!

The only problem we had was the driver was late by three quarter a hour and we were left standing not knowing where to go or what to do. We had to ring to find out what was happening. If the driver had rang us or got someone to ring us it would have took the street out the situation
