Journey from Exeter to Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

It worth the extra cost to not have to tackle train changes to get from Exeter to Heathrow particularly given the strikes and the flood damage to tracks. Our driver was early which he let us know about - he'd allowed extra time due to ice and a m5 accident. The vehicle was roomy and comfortable and he was willing to stop for us to get coffee etc on the way.

Journey from Bristol to Newton Abbot

Transfer excellent but the protocol of meeting the taxi driver is non existent at Bristol airport particularly if booking a private taxi. It would help if the driver held up names and came into the arrivals area rather than waiting in customer car park. In our case we were held up in baggage collection as the only carousel broke down which caused confusion and delay and added to cost of transfer.

Journey from Exminster to London Heathrow Airport

Great service, cannot fault it, excellent communication, vehicles and drivers. At 6.00am at Heathrow on a Sunday morning Martin was there waiting for us in arrivals to take us back to Exeter. A great relief after a 17 hour flight from Perth. Yes it costs a little more but it takes all the hassle out of driving to and parking at the airport and is a far safer option. I will never drive myself to the airport again.
