Journey from Grenoble Airport to Serre Chevalier

Safe driver one of the ways from Grenoble Airport to Serre Chevalier in heavy snow. Felt very safe. A bit more stressed driver in the way back to the same airport a week later, but nice chat and no accidents.

Journey from Grenoble Airport to Le Grand-Lemps

They got me where I needed to go. Appreciated the ability to communicate in English with them in advance, rather than having to try and find a taxi at the airport when my french is very bad.

Journey from Grenoble Airport to Résidence le Sun Valley - La Plagne

I highly recommend Alp’Bievre Taxis. They looked after our ski transfers from Grenoble to La PLAGNE and back again on the two Saturdays either side of February half term 2020. Communication was brilliant throughout, with our driver contacting us on the morning of both journeys to reconfirm arrangements. On the outward journey our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours due to bad weather in England, but our driver Lionel didn’t mind and reassured us by text that it wouldn’t be a problem. Some companies charge for delays, but Alp Bierve taxis did not charge us any extra. Lionel then proceeded to find us the best possible route avoiding traffic delays, to get us to our apartment as quickly as possible. On the return journey, the traffic was dreadful, but thankfully Alp’ Bievre brought forward our pick up time a few days before, as they had predicted that traffic would be bad. It took 5.5 hours to get to the airport, but we were still in plenty of time for our flight. Our driver Lionel was very courteous and helpful and we all felt very safe with his driving. I would definitely recommend this company and we will be using them again.

Journey from grenoble airport to Oz en Oisans

Great service. Lots of communication, so I knew what was happening. We had to adjust the return pickup time because of traffic, and they were very flexible about this. Because they are near the airport, they are also flexible about the pickup time - they monitor the flight and arrive in time to meet it.
