Journey from Grenoble Airport to Alpe d'Huez

We used Alp’ Bievre taxis from Grenoble to Alpe d’huez. We had excellent communication from them beforehand, and I was impressed that we got a confirmation 2 days before telling us the name of our driver and a contact number. By the time our plane landed we had a text from our driver to say he was there with instructions of where to meet. We had guislaine and he was a fantastic driver. Very polite, friendly and a very careful driver, we felt safe driving around the windy roads with him. He dropped us at a supermarket for us to do a food shop which we had previously agreed. We had guislaine on our return trip too, and again we got confirmation of who our driver was the day before. He was on time and helped load our bags and he was just as good on our return trip. I would definitely recommend this company and we will definitely use them when we return to France. Thank you.

Journey from Lyon Airport to Couches

Absolutely faultless service, excellent communication throughout and very easy to book with. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. We had booked a two hour transfer from Lyon to Couches which was very comfortable and had no problems at all. On our return trip the driver arrived at our chalet slightly early and was happy to wait for us to finish packing up, as well as taking a slight detour to drop off some recycling. Overall I fully recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free pre booked transfer/taxi. Many thanks!!

Arrived on time, in fact we were delayed at passport control for 2 hours because of a strike. The driver kindly waited at no extra cost. Definitely recommend.
