Alpinbus is your ultimate choice to private airport transfers in the Alpine region across southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, French and the Italian Alps . Our experienced drivers will wait you upon your arrival and will drive you from the airport, railway station, hotel or anywhere you need.

With a private transfer, your trip is set up for comfort, speed and freedom. You no longer have to study the routes and schedules of public transport, frantically check the time for fear of being late and carry heavy luggage.

We use 8-seater minibuses, so any group up to this number on a private transfer would normally travel together in one vehicle. If you book a private transfer for 10 passengers, you will leave in two private minibuses as soon as you arrive. You can spread the group over both minibuses, however you would like.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air conditioning, snow tyres and chains.

Vehicles in the fleet

Alpinbus fleet consists of long wheel base 8-seater Volkswagen, Renault, Opel, Mercedes and Ford minibuses and they are new. We usually rotate our vehicles every 2 and a half years so you can rest assured that you will always be collected in an up-to-date model.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air condition, snow tyres, chains, etc.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Abondance

I specifically indicated with the reservation that my son did not have luggage and would walk directly through. They stated that they would be there 30 minutes after arrival when I called them and they where not standing outside to pick him up. The driver arrived 60 minutes after arrival as traffic also caused a 30 minutes delay. All and all a bad performance.

Also you were informed that because of the car accident traffic by the airport basically got stopped for about 40 minutes. Journey from Geneva Airport to Chalet des Neiges - Arolles

Quality of transfer itself was fine. Clean and comfortable vans (there were 6 of us). We took a transfer between Geneva airport and Les Arcs, it took 3.5 hours instead of 2.5 hours both ways so bear that in mind as we were close to missing our flight. Driver also turned up about 20mins late to airport and to chalet so I would advise that you request a pick up time that factors this in. There is a lot of traffic during ski season so this not much of a surprise. Company was responsive when I called to find out where driver was and they did text me drivers number the night before reminding me of transfers. Driver did try to make up time both ways by driving fast but ultimately you'll always end up stuck in some traffic. I probably would use again but would ask for earlier collection times!

Journey from Geneva Airport to Manigod

Our arrival driver, Tom, was wonderful. Very chatty and we had a very nice transfer. He was waiting for us as soon as we arrived with our luggage. He helped carry and load luggage into his vehicle. In contrast, our return driver was awful. He was speeding the entire trip, over taking cars on winding mountain roads and constantly tailgating. If it wasn’t for heavy traffic near Geneva airport we would have completed the 1:40 minute transfer in under 1 hour. Unfortunately will not be using this company again.

We will definitely speak to the responsible driver about this case, because this is not the way our company should be represented. All of our drivers have instructions and protocol to follow, which unfortunately was violated during this transfer. Journey from Manigod to Geneva usually takes around 60 minutes, that's a 65km drive. But speeding and overtaking cars is just unacceptable, our apologies. Thank you for your feedback. Journey from Zurich Airport to Lech am Arlberg

The driver came 15 minutes early for our early morning departure allowing us to get bags loaded so we could leave right at the scheduled time. Driver was courteous. Heavy snow had fallen the previous day, and the van had chains. Once we descended from the mountain roads, the driver quickly and efficiently removed the chains. Everything went well.
