Good comms, with a text to confirm the outward transfer. Had to call late on the last day to confirm pickup time, as no text had come through yet. Drivers safe and courteous, and allowed us to stop at supermarket on way to resort.

There were a number of issues with avalanches in the 3 valleys, but the Company kept us up to speed with what was happening and where our drivers were and how long they would take to get to us. Chris picked us up from Geneva and took us to Flaine. He's absolutely fabulous. Thanks Chris!

I am referring to the journey on 30th Dec which was far too late snd I had to call the driver twice to see where he was. Vehicle was cold. The return journey was good except we were dropped to the wrong terminal where he was picking up next customers. This did not happen when we last made this journey from Salzburg airport to Zell am See.

Alpinbus were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and very professional - confirming travel details and following up a day before flying to confirm all details are correct, their driver was at the arrivals area to greet us and take our bags, the mini-bus we hired was very comfortable. They helped ensure we had an effortless start and finish to our vacation. AND, they were the least expensive.

This is the second time I have used AlpinBus. I used them in March 2017 and at that time had no difficulties. They collected me on time, they were clear and their driver was friendly. The weather and conditions at that time were very good. I gave them a good review at that time. As a result I decided to use them again. however, this experience was quite different. The return journey is where we had a poor experience. We had left over 5 hours for our return journey from Les Arcs to Geneva. This was to allow for poor traffic conditions. The traffic on the N90 (the main route into Les Arcs, Le Plagne, Tignes, etc.) had been partially closed by the Police due to heavy snowfall the night before. Our taxi was bringing in other people from Geneva prior to picking us up and got stuck in the inward traffic. They were over 7 hours late for the collection and so we missed our return flight. There was poor communication from Aplinbus. On several occasions they agreed that they would phone back to update me on whether we were going to get collected and they did not - I always had to ring them. Only when the driver was finally making it up the hill to our destination did they phone me. The driver, who was pleasant and clearly upset at not being able to get to us on time, had been working considerable hours and was clearly tired and hungry. I insisted that he get some coffee and some food before he tried to drive my family down the mountain. I recognise that the weather conditions were difficult - but exit from the resort was smooth and without issue. Not phoning when you are seven hours late to provide proper information is not helpful.
