Alpinbus

Couldn't find driver at airport -- his "sign" was a cell phone screen -- too small to pick out of the crowd. This resulted in a 45 minute delay and attendant agita. Driver was very sick with a cold -- not healthy for passengers in tight quarters. Driver was careful, helpful with bags.

Got through bad traffic and bad weather with only an hour or so delay.

Superb transfer. Straight out of arrivals and into minibus. Fast friendly and efficient.

Excellent driver in trying conditions

Everything was on time, drivers were very client oriented.

Transfers were friendly, polite and punctual.

Very efficient, friendly driver. Excellent English. Excellent communication from the company beforehand as well. Ford transit minibus to ourselves for very good value price. Would definitely use again.

Great Company

Very good service and with a lot of snow on return transfer they brought it forward and got us there!!

Spacious, comfortable vehicles and pleasant drivers but a couple of issues. The first driver was forty minutes late picking us up at Geneva airport (apparently the traffic in central Geneva was bad - not really a surprise!). There had been recent snow in our resort so we struggled with the climb although the driver drove well. Eventually we had to fit snow chains which I had to apply as our driver hadn't fitted them before. On our return we had to escort the second driver to our chalet as there had been no communication from the company/ first driver where we were staying (the website only allowed an approximate address in our resort). Fortunately he had arrived early so we got away on time. However, he then selected the shortest rather than the quickest route to Geneva airport (a fact he initially denied). I pointed out that it was much quicker via the motorway (on three occasions) but he insisted that it was faster south of lake Geneva. The journey took three hours instead of two. Overall good value and comfortable vehicles but, if you know the route, insist at the start that they follow the route you know rather the one that their 'special navigation system' suggests. Also check the vehicle has winter tyres and that the snow chains are handy (not under your luggage in the back) and that the driver knows how to fit them (unless you like frozen hands!)

We were and our plane diverted & the company kept track of our flight and was still there to collect us many hours later than scheduled.

On time and friendly

Kind driver who was on time, and gave us a bathroom stop on both ways when requested. Only problem we had was that the mobile number of the driver which was sent to us the previous day didn't work.
