About Alpinbus

Alpinbus is your ultimate choice to private airport transfers in the Alpine region across southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, French and the Italian Alps . Our experienced drivers will wait you upon your arrival and will drive you from the airport, railway station, hotel or anywhere you need.

With a private transfer, your trip is set up for comfort, speed and freedom. You no longer have to study the routes and schedules of public transport, frantically check the time for fear of being late and carry heavy luggage.

We use 8-seater minibuses, so any group up to this number on a private transfer would normally travel together in one vehicle. If you book a private transfer for 10 passengers, you will leave in two private minibuses as soon as you arrive. You can spread the group over both minibuses, however you would like.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air conditioning, snow tyres and chains.

Vehicles in the fleet

Alpinbus fleet consists of long wheel base 8-seater Volkswagen, Renault, Opel, Mercedes and Ford minibuses and they are new. We usually rotate our vehicles every 2 and a half years so you can rest assured that you will always be collected in an up-to-date model.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air condition, snow tyres, chains, etc.

Journey from Zürich to Lech

Driver had wrong destination airport and wasted 45 minutes driving in wrong direction and had to be told by passenger.

Journey from Annecy to Geneva

Our transfer was booked for 12:00p.m. on 26 December 2016. Alpinbus sent an email asking to move the booking to 11:30 a.m. which we had no problem with. Our transfer only arrived at 12:30p.m. an hour late from the time THEY requested to pick us up. The bus driver did not speak a word to us during the whole trip, and then dropped us off at Geneva International Airport, which was also incorrect as our transfer was booked from Annecy to Hotel Cornavin in Geneva, NOT THE AIRPORT. After explaining this to our driver, which yet again did not speak a word, he took to the Hotel Cornavin. On our way to Hotel Cornavin the driver got lost, and WE had to get out of the bus to ask directions. This is absolutely unacceptable service. We shall never use Alpinbus again.

Hello Arnoux, Thank you for review. First of all, our apologies for late pickup from Annecy to Geneva. Our minibus scheduled for your transfer was involved in car accident and that was the reason for pickup delay. Damage for our car was small but our driver couldn't leave place of this event till all formatilities was done. Therefore we made our vehicle reschedulings on the fly and this caused delay for your transfer. Sorry again for the hassle, Alpinbus GmbH

Journey from Geneva Airport French side to Annecy Old Town

We travelled from Geneva airport to Annecy in the Rhone Alps. The drivers each way were perfectly punctual and both even telephoned me to confirm where they were. There is absolutely nothing I could fault with this company and everyone in our group commented as such, once inside the airport. Hence, I would not hesitate to use this company again.
