Journey from Geneva Airport to Val Thorens

I booked with Batnic for a 3 hour transfer from Geneva to Val Thorens. There were 11 of us and we had a private minibus. Our flight was delayed several hours but after calling Batnic they quickly confirmed our driver would still be there. They were very responsive via email and accommodated our return time change easily. Ion our driver was always on time and got us there quickly - would recommend!

Good communication from time of booking to the trip itself, on time for return journeys, courteous driver. Not super luxury but you get what you pay for and would say good value for money compared to other companies.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Les Arcs 1950

It’s a little harsh rated. The driver was very nice and friendly but his driving style made us all carsick going over the mountain. Might also be the age of the car. We had a different company taking us back to the airport which was a very different experience.

Everything went smoothly with our transfer apart from the driver being about 20 minutes late in picking us up at Geneva Airport- he said he was having a cigarette!! He was punctual on the return journey though.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Lauterbrunnen

Fantastic return service from Geneva airport to Lauterbrunnen. We were a group of 14 with lots of luggage, plenty of room on the minibus & a trailer provided for the luggage. Driver was polite & on-time both ways. Excellent value. Would definitely use again.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Val d'Isere

The transfer worked fine both ways. Good communication from company when a small delay occurred but we reached the airport well in time. It was cold in the bus and even if the heating was raised the cold came in through the doors. When taking a short brake it’s good to stop where there are toilets ( both ways there were none).

Journey from Geneva Airport to Saas Fee

As an annoying group of 18 year old boys I was surprised by the kindness and hospitality shown by our driver. Due to the difficulty of the coronavirus situation our driver being enthusiastic and kind was key - he certainly delivered. On our way back due to unforeseen circumstances we had to leave 14 hours early and drive through the night; the company immediately adapted and helped us without asking questions. The driver was quick and efficient - always willing to stop at a McDonald’s. We could not have asked for a better transfer company. Definitely value for money!
