Journey from Geneva Airport to Club Med Arcs Panorama

It was a good but tight van. The driver was ponctual on both trips. The problem was that he came too fast on the way up (specially at the curves), what worried us. Also on the way up to Les Arcs he (the driver) made a stop in a terrible place and said that it was the only option. We saw so many places he could have stopped, such as markets, stores, big gas stations, whatever... He decided to stop in a place without any business center, thar was just one restroom (on the side of the road), and it was a dirty wooden cabin with just one toilet for 15 people and no paper. The way back was better, we made non stops (ita was our decision because we were late) and he drove slowly

The transfer went smoothly and communication from Batnic was excellent. I would recommend this company. Minor complaint would be leg room in vehicle however service and drivers high calibre.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Val Thorens

The driver arrived slightly late due to a traffic accident. The company, however, arranged with the airline that we were able to check-in (despite arriving some 1O minutes past the last check-in time), had three persons meeting us at the airport, carried all our luggage to the check-in desk and made everything to minimize our delay. Very impressive service and would definitely use them again.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Crans-Montana

Very comfortable, spacious modern vehicle (Mercedes), and good driver, polite and helpful. The only significant fault was that the driver was waiting at the info desk in the wrong terminal at Geneva airport (he was in T1, whereas our flight had landed at the much smaller T2, which could have been checked). That led to a delay of about 40 mins in being collected. Cost seemed quite high, but we had booked late (less than 24 hours before) due to cancellation of previous flight. I would not be put off from re-booking by the pickup point error.

Batnic and his team were very helpful and responsive. On time for pick up for both transfers. Flexible to fit in our stops on the way to the chalet. No hesitation in recommending them.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Châtel

The driver was friendly and cheerful, was there waiting at Geneva, and when he was delayed when coming to pick us up in Chatel, we were informed of his slightly later arrival time. The minibus was comfortable. All in all, an excellent service.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Tignes

Our journey from Geneva to Tignes was excellent. Boris our driver was fab and allowed us to stop on Route for toilet breaks. However, our journey from Tignes to Geneva was not so enjoyable. The driver turned up with 2 boosters seats and expected our 18 months old to sit in it. This was obviously not reasonable so I had to sit for 3 hours with him on our lap which was not only inconvenient I can imagine illegal. As we were approaching Geneva the driver took a half an hour de tour to avoid paying for the toll road which made us quite late for our flight. We have down this route many of times so are away of how much quicker paying for the toll roads will be and I would assume paying the best part of €1000 the toll roads would be covered.
