Journey from Geneva International Airport to Crans Montana

The driver on the return journey was about 20 minutes late arriving and then spent another 10 -15 minutes turning the minibus and trailer round before we could leave. This put us under a lot of time pressure when we arrived at the airport which was also very busy and as a result we only just made our flight. So my ratings on the driver relate to the return journey. The outward journey was fine although the ransfer times were a litle optimistic and the journey took longer than planned in bith directions. Otherwise everything was good the drivers were very polite and helpful and the minibus was clean.

Journey from Geneva to Val-d'Isère

There was a heating problem on the bus on the outward journey which made it pretty uncomfortable. The driver didn’t know how to resolve this. The return driver got us back in good time, but his driving style was frankly dangerous and made us feel a little uncomfortable. So 3 stars for getting us there on time, but minus 2 for making it quite uncomfortable.

Journey from Geneva International Airport (GVA) to Avoriaz

Our driver Alain on both legs of our journey was very courteous and helpful. He was patient with us as we had 5 children in our group which meant we were a bit slower buckling in etc with the provided car seats / booster seats. Communications were excellent and the driver was always there waiting for us at collections. I would highly recommend Batnic based on our experience and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The drivers were nice, and didn't get annoyed that we were both late because of luggage issues coming to Geneva and requested breaks both ways.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains

Everythibg was good, but ob the wayt to the house _ the transfer couldnt get to the house. Since it was SNOWING and we had to walk about 300 meters with the luggage. On the way back - the transfer was 35 minutes late.

Journey from Geneva International Airport (GVA) to Morillon

Great to be collected and dropped off so close to airport entrance and in such a lovely minibus with plenty of room for bags. Return pick up was really prompt. Probably better to have Euros ready to pay for outward journey on arrival at the airport.
