An airport transfer van must be on time and must deliver passengers to their destination safely and ByRides did both well. My ride was comfortable, worry-free and went off without any hitches.

Having used the system once it would be much easier the second time. However I cannot believe that a 10 seater, pseudo limousine, was needed to drive just me, for 50 minutes, to the hotel. It seems incredibly wasteful.

Found company ok at airport, 15 min wait for car to arrive, then off to hotel, traffic was awful, streets were tight, however our driver was courteous and efficient, got us there in around 50 mins

Absolutely amazing experience. Hassle free. Vehicles were amazing and comfortable. They even brought a child seat for us. Communication was fabulous. Always in the loop. So easy to book and the drivers were prompt each time. Would definitely reccomend and use again!

They did not pick us up at the airport. We tried calling the number provided. Finally asked another guide to help us. He found the company but than we had to wait Another half hour to get a driver to take us to hotel
