Journey from Istanbul Airport to JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus

When we arrived at the airport, we were advised that the driver is still not available and we will need to wait for 30-40 mins. After a 20 hour flight, this was the last thing we wanted to hear. Upon persuasion, another driver was allocated in 20 mins or so.

not organized, they dont have a list of your names they dont tell you you have to meet with 20 other peple i waited 40 minutes for my cab driver to arrive once i got in the cab, they told me wrong cab so i had to leave the cab disaster at 2am

The quote was fair but the driver couldn't find our hotel so we had to lug our bags through busy streets to find his cab. Upon arrival at the airport we were asked directly for a tip - I'm not sure whether this is common practice in Istanbul?

Byrides was the best service I have ever received kept in touch the whole way even have some advice about other tourist things to do and helped arrange it. The main office called every step of the way when we landed where the driver is and made sure we were ok. What an amazing service
