My plane was a bit early so the driver wasn't waiting on me, but I phoned and arranged to meet him outside the airport doors. The driver was very pleasant and the car was lovely. I chose a transfer as I was arriving late at night and I found this company as being reliable and efficient and the price was a lot better than any other quotes I got.

Communication issues and punctuality of driver not satisfactory . On email I communicated with Andrea that whether payment works by paying 250 euro for the first way of trip and 250 when completing the return trip but was told by driver I have to pay 500 euros upfront . Didn’t want to argue to not spoil our trip on cruise ship so paid . First part of trip was fine , we were picked up in a Maserati . The problem was from the return trip .I specifically texted the company saying come at 8.30 am but came an hour late . And to add to the frustration, it was not just to pick us up but another family of 6 people . We ( 2 pple ) were told to sit Infront with the driver , it was not comfortable sitting for 2 hours in the front which is not designed for 2 person . Had back pain when the trip ended . It’s not fair I paid 250 euros for a private transfer but got worst sitting in the trip . Please be careful when booking them .

It would have been helpful to know we were being picked up in piazzale roma square and not outside the hotel..

Driver arrived right on time in a spotless Car. Very pleasant throughout the journey. Glad we used findtransfers booking our journey to the airport with a very good local company, Diamond Rose. Good job folks.

Our taxi never showed up for us at treviso airport on the 26th September. We were left waiting 2 hrs & had to book another taxi.

DO NOT USE, WE WERE TOTALLY SCAMMED OUT OF 100EUROS AND LEFT STRANDED. We (2 adults and 2 kids) had been quoted 200Euros to be picked up at Treviso Airport on August 11th for a return trip to our Eurocamp (Pra Delle Torri) holiday and taken back to the airport a week later. All started off well, we were collected by Andres in a very nice vehicle, he was very polite and we had a good transfer. My young children even drew him a picture to say thank you. When we arrived at our Eurocamp we offered the 100Euros and said we would pay the other 100Euros during the return journey. He told us we had to pay the full 200Euros upfront or they would not come back the following week. We had NO reason to be suspicious (we feel STUPID now) - but a driver had rang me when I arrived in Italy, Andrea had shared his location via whatsapp so I could see him arrive, and had his number, he was nice, the car was fab, so it all seemed genuine. We didn't want to pay cash upfront for the return trip but also didn't want to be left without a transfer home. Fast forward to the day we left. We got to reception to be collected at 3pm as agreed. No driver. To cut a VERY long story short I was ringing all the numbers I had and every driver I spoke to said to me a driver was on his way and to wait and not to worry. We waited, with 3 kids until 4.30pm and by this point it was clear no one was coming and we faced missing our flight, so we had to get a bus to the airport. No only did they scam us out of 100Euros, the worst part was every driver I rang was saying not to worry, and to wait and that someone would come, we believed they would until we reached a point we couldn't wait any longer or we would miss our flight. We waited for an hour and a half!! Since we've been home I've emailed ad rang the firm, text the drivers etc and have given them plenty of time (it's now 26/9/22) and had absolutely nothing back. The last call was at around 4pm that day in Italy where they said they would come. How awful to do that to a family needing to get to the airport. We feel like complete fools for paying upfront but he was so convincing. Please avoid at all costs.

The fare from Venice to Treviso was quoted at €60. When we got there the driver did not have change and charged us €70. Would not accept card. This surprised us as the condition of booking says the fare can be paid in cash or card. Felt extremely ripped off having to pay extra €10 for journey. Was asl disappointed as our last journey through Find transfers was excellent.

So helpful and very efficient

Came late for the pick up, brought vehicles that could not take the no’s of my group and luggage booked for and we ended up carrying luggage on our laps for the duration of the trip to ravenna. One of their driver’s ended up forcing some of our members out of his car and refused to take them when the rest of us were already on our way though fortunately another of their driver came to the rescue and we ended up paying more. They promised to make amends by bringing bigger vehicles for our return trip to Venice, chatted some few days to the end of our cruise to confirm the pick up but ended up not turning up and refused to take our calls. It left us almost stranded in Ravenna as it was now too late to get another transfer because of the closeness to the time we were disembarking. Totally unreliable, not straightforward and ready to break commitment. Would rate them very poor and not to be used by foreigners

The service provided was excellent. The driver phoned me as I was going through immigration with instructions for meeting, and everything went smoothly. The transfer to water taxi for the journey to the hotel was seamless.

The service provided was very satisfactory. The vehicle came on time, the driver drive sensibly and the vehicle was well maintained. The negative was that as we began our journey the driver said we have to pay 275 euros instead of 250. And pay the water taxi 80 euros instead of the 60 euros quoted. And gestured to convey that if we didn't agree then we may de board . We were forced to agree. We paid 275 euros to the driver and 75 euros to the water taxi
