Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Corvara

Despite them confirming the pickup time by email they turned up an hour late. Driver had to drive dangerously to get us to the airport and passengers were physically sick in the back. Driver was on his phone in pouring rain down twisting mountain roads. The worst journey any of us have ever had. The driver's manager told us it would take 2hrs 10 minutes to the airport, our hotel said there was no way he could do it in that time, 2hrs 30 minutes is fast. I have texted the manager to obtain some compensation and had no response.

Hi, You change pick up time one day before not me, we arrived at time you changed. If you know to stat sick and you have with you a vomit bag, if you eat and drink during the way on mountain is not for driving of our driver you stayed sick , but because it is normal if you eat and drink on rear of minivan on curves on mountain. You ask a part of refund? You leave my minivan incredible dirty, with chips bottle of water and beer on the seats i had to go to clean minivan for cost of 70€.

Journey from Treviso Airport to Lido di Jesolo

Andreas was friendly, polite, and helped us with our bags. He pointed out places of interest to us on the way to our accommodation and took us right to the door of the hotel. He was punctual and already waiting to take us back when we arrived in the hotel lobby a week later to check out. Would definitely use again.

Your phone didn't work, your flight was delayed more 1 hour. We work with a plan, if your telephone don't work and your flight company arrived on delay not depend by us but of your flight company and your telephone. Thanks

Amazing no problems at all driver still waited on arrival, we was late landing. On return collected as expected, everything was confirmed by email and reminders sent with collection times. This company is very reliable, great price and service from drivers was outstanding. I will be using them again.

Journey from Venice Treviso Airport to Žižanj

I am on my honeymoon and had an absolutely appalling experience with "Diamond Rose". I paid €350 deposit of a €700 fare a week in advance via paypal for a transfer from Treviso Airport to Croatia. The Taxi does not turn up. Andrea the owner does not answer his phone - just sends WhatsApps. Gives me the number of the "driver". The man on the end of the phone is not a taxi driver and knows nothing. Andrea then WhatsApps another number. That man is a taxi driver but he knows nothing either. Andrea ignores dozens of my calls and just ghosts me and has still not given my money back so am having to wrestle it via PayPal from his thieving hands! Had to arrange a last minute local transfer at a significant premium. Abysmal service from an awful human being. Avoid!
