Very good service. Only difficulty we had, was that the car number was not given, which meant we had to keep asking any mercedes minibus that was parked up.

Timely, professional, clean and spacious vehicle. Very professional service. Would higly raccomanded this company and plan to use again.

The car was full of animal hair, the driver often looked at his phone instead of the road, it was not possible to pay by card.

Driver on outward journey on phone watching videos and texting throughout journey. Return journey driver 1 hour late and tried to charge us when we had already paid in full.

Do not book this company. I had booked them to bring me from Trieste cruise port to Treviso airport on Sunday 21 Aug. They confirmed booking but although I received confirmation that stated payment was in advance I actually thought I had paid with so much planning for my trip as I had received no official online payment form . As an oversight I did not pay in advance and was lucky. I sent detailed pick up point the day before collection date and Andrea immediately replied by email confirming this but did mention payment. When I was at cruise port I phoned number on confirmation email and was told that driver would be there in 5 minutes !! I waited and no taxi arrived. I tried to contact company for next 40 minutes and there was no reply. I then had to get another metered taxi costing €300 as I feared I would miss my flight. I contacted the company and got no reply. I also contacted Findtransfers. They will only speak with Findtransfers whose customer service with this issue was excellent. Diamonds Rose are saying that they phoned me for payment - they didn’t. That is why they did not turn up but I have no record of email or missed call. Why did Andrea confirm pick up point previous day. I accept I should have paid in advance but this was an oversight . Why did they not ask me on email or previous to this and I would have paid. More annoying is why did they till me on the phone that the driver is only 5 minutes away when they were not sending a driver. Why then ignore my calls for next 45 minutes. I have read reviews since and notice that a lot of people have same experience . I don’t believe that Diamonds Rose NCC were every going to fulfil the booking even if I had paid. I also believe that they only discovered I had paid when I looked for a refund !! I know they will probably deny this, but I welcome anyone to verify this with Findtransfers who have a record of all my attempted phone calls and copy of email received that does not mention non payment. Save yourself the stress - avoid Diamonds Rose NCC.

45 minutes late for initial transfer which they said was due to traffic Then despite me reconfirming with them the day before simply did not turn up AT ALL for the return transfer and were uncontactable by the emergency number. Have not replied to my email requesting money back so will have to take through PayPal complaints.

Very smooth waiting both times and on way out delayed still there.

Taxi never showed up. Tried contacting them no response. Don’t book with this company they’ve either gone bust or enjoy leaving people stranded at the start of their holiday.

Very fast response to enquiry and great value. Excellent clean vehicle with polite and helpful driver. Above all turned up at the time requested.

Drop Off: On arrival to the airport we were informed we would be sharing the car with another family despite booking a private transfer. Once dropped off the driver requested payment in full for both the Drop Off and Return Pick Up which we questioned as we thought this was strange. We were told that this was normal procedure. When I requested we pay by card as options for payment are ‘Card or Cash’ we were told by the driver that he had ‘No Cash Machine’ and told us we had to pay by cash. As we had no cash we were promptly brought to a cash machine where my husband withdrew the €200. I requested a receipt for cash payment of €200 and was then told by the driver that he ‘didn’t have a Receipt Book’ and that he would be picking us up and if not no need to pay the other driver as we had paid him in full for the Drop Off and Pick Up. Pick Up: On the morning of Pick Up we had a different driver. On arrival to the airport he requested payment to which we explained we had already paid the balance in full to previous driver. This was both embarrassing and stressful. On arrival home we received an email from the resort we had been staying in accusing us of not making payment as the driver had contacted them. We spent what should have been time reflecting back on our holiday in a positive way to drafting and sending an email to both your Transfer Company and the resort explaining what had happened and furnishing receipts for the withdrawal made. We were then told that it had been a misunderstanding and that we would expect to receive an apology. No apology was received until sometime later when I had to contact the resort again to advise we were still awaiting an apology only to sometime later receive an unacceptable apology. I would never recommend your Transfer Company to anyone and I suggest that instead of being so ‘cash orientated’ that you do what all other Transfer Company’s do and offer payment online facilities and furnish receipts to customers instead of the practice your trying to run their which is immoral. Flight was delayed and the driver was waiting for us. All went very smoothly.

The taxi company decided not to collect us and instead of informing me rang our accommodation and asked them to organise another taxi. They did however that taxi broke down and never informed our accommodation. We were very lucky to make our flight and this taxi charged €50 more than our agreed price.

I was let down at very short notice for a transfer from Venice to Lido di Jesolo and this company reacted quickly. They also contacted me in transit by train from Rome to Venice to advise me to leave the train one stop before Venice to speed the transfer which worked a reat
