Arrived on time for both pick up and return. Clean and comfortable car. Superb!

The transfers went very well. Pick ups were prompt with both cars in excellent condition. Drivers were pleasant spoke excellent English. I'd definitely use this company again when looking for similar transfers in the area.

Driver one hour late for pick up. Clearly doing another transfer and delayed by traffic. Arrived 55 minutes before flight. Unacceptable.

Comfortable vehicle, good value for money compared to other quotes, only issue they were missing a baby seat that I had prebooked and had to carry baby on my knee and did not have the correct one for the return journey either even though an email sent to request it but overall would recommend this transfer.

From the time of getting quote to booking everything took a few mins driver rang us while in airport he was there on time excellent Services will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Landed early into Venice and was met by a fabulous Maserati. Lovely journey to Lido de Jesolo. Return journey equally as good and would highly recommend.

Venice airport - San Cassiano Transfer We arrived at 11.30pm at Venice Marco Polo Airport, 3 hours later than scheduled. We were met by a driver in a vehicle which was not the Mercedes Vito (or equivalent) that we booked and confirmed prior to making the reservation. As soon as I became aware of the delay I notified the company and kept them fully updated as to our eta. When we complained to Andrea (I assume the owner of Diamond Roses) about the car size to and he blamed the change on the flight delayed and said "take it or leave it". It was 11.30pm so we had no option but to "take it" with the result that we had an uncomfortable 2.5 hour transfer with 4 people and our skiing luggage squeezed into a sedan car - this was not what I booked or paid for. Diamond Rose's lack of communication was clearly at fault. The drive was fine and we felt sorry for him to have been put in such a difficult position San Cassiano - Venice Marco Polo transfer This transfer was in the car we ordered a Mercedes Vito and once again the communication with Diamonds Rose was poor - I was uncertain, given the problems we had had with first transfer, that they would do the return leg and that we would get the car we had ordered. I emailed to confirmation and had to follow up and cc findtransfers to get a response. Andrea (the owner?) turned up 15 minutes late, but at least in a Mercedes Vito he had promised. Dangerous driving - this is our biggest concern with Diamonds Rose. Andrea drove aggressively, extremely fast and did not keep an adequate distance between the vehicles in front of us - his driving was particularly reckless given that he was navigating single lane, narrow and windy mountain passes. We felt so nervous that we had to ask him to increase the distance between us and the truck in front of us and drive less aggressively. To make matters worse, Andrea took numerous phone calls while driving without using a hands free device and once again we had to requested that he not take calls while driving which he nevertheless continued to do.
