Journey from Treviso Airport to San Cassiano

Punctual, courteous and efficient. Even had a Maserati for the extra passenger! HOWEVER, note that this company does not accept payment by card, contrary to the Find Transfer website. This causes inconvenience and considerable extra cost (in my case 11.25%). This is the difference between my cc and bank cash exchange rate.

On time mountain pickup despite challenging road conditions due to fresh snow. Driver was friendly, courteous and safe. I had confidence in his driving. He helped me with my large ski bag, getting it into car and on arrival at airport.

Journey from Venice Airport to Arabba

We had two vehicles as there were 10 of us with luggage and three sets of skis. Pick ups were on time with no problems at all. Only criticism would be is that we had different vehicles on our return journey to the airport and it was rather cramped in one of the vehicles. However we would certainly use Diamonds Rose for our transfers in the future.

Journey from Marco Polo International to Cortina d'Ampezzo

We had 2 drivers. From airport to Cortina, the driver drove the car very fast and used his phone while driving until our warnings but still go fast. The car was good. The 2nd driver from cortina was late but we arrived on time but the vehicle was too small for 7people. If 2 of our friends decided to go Venice in the morning so they didnt use the transfer car but the company doesnt know this issue. If we were 7 it is not possible to sit in the return car.

Journey from San Vigilio di Marebbe to Venice

Pleasant gentleman arrived on time. Very helpful. Slight problem with paying by card, they can do Pay Pal no problem but didn’t have a card machine for payment by credit card. The driver was very apologetic and was happy for us to find an alternative solution so it was fine. Very comfortable 3 hour transfer to airport. Thank you
