Journey from Milan Bergamo Airport to Relais Monaco Country Hotel & Spa

We booked the transfer with 330 euros price. Once the client got inside the car he found out the driver was from a different company, Diamonds Rose NCC gave the ride to him, and he asked for 480 euros. We contacted Find Transfers customer support, they couldn't reach Diamonds Rose to understand what is happening and we ended paying 480 euros and not 330 as booked. I have forwarded the invoices to the Find Transfers team and we are waiting for the 150 euros to be refunded as promised.

Before I got off plane when arriving they phoned me to let me know they were there waiting for me. When leaving campsite they were there 20 mins before arranged pick up time waiting for me. I will be using them again next year when we go back.
