Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Union Lido

When we arrived there was complete confusion about where the driver was. There was no sign for us and the driver spoke no English and was outside the airport waiting for us. We ordered the same company for our friends who came to join us and the driver did not turn up at all (they stated he had been stopped by police) I had to call them and our friends waited 40 minutes. Upon collection back to the airport I requested a 7am pickup and the driver was 30 minutes late making us panic about getting to airport on time. Do not use might be cheapest quote but pay a little more for reliability.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Marina Di Venezia

Our transfer to the campsite was great, really nice driver, can’t complain about him at all. Unfortunately our return transfer didn’t show up. I got a message from them about 30 mins before they were due to arrive saying they would be an hour late because they had a problem with one of their vans, then a second at the time they were supposed to arrive saying that we would be better off getting a local taxi because they were stuck in traffic. At this point I was an hour away from the airport trying to get a taxi. After another 20 minutes (and having finally found a taxi) I got a message with a number to ring to have someone there in 10 minutes. If we had been told much sooner about them not making it, and offered this alternative number a lot sooner we would not have been so close to missing our flight and would possibly have avoided a lot of the stress we had to go through. We were told we would get a refund for the return trip through PayPal, but over 2 weeks later, having provided details we are still waiting on payment. My last message was ignored. Avoid this company, very poor service.

Journey from Hotel Anny to Venicegreen Agriresort

Organised a private transfer from Lido di Jesolo to one of the airport hotels the driver arrived on time but then we were told he had to collect 2 more passengers, we then drove to another resort which was around 45 minutes away and collected 4 people that had also thought they had a private transfer, they were also running late for their flight so were not happy, we then drove to Marco Polo airport and then we went to our hotel. A 35 minute journey took us over 1 hr and 30 minutes and was charged the full amount, we should have been told about this before as we would have made other arrangements.

Journey from Camping Garden Paradiso to Venice Marco Polo Airport

The Taxi did not turn up, v heavy traffic and ok they texted to say get another local taxi but after I had texted to see where they were. It was very short notice . The driver sent pic was in long traffic. We made it to airport as I had allowed loads of time.l and found a local one after several attempts. It was busy.
