Driver wasn't where I was told he would be, had to phone him twice. He was on his mobile phone throughout the entire drive and wasn't using hands free. No complaints about the car, it was spotless clean and comfortable.

First transfer had no air con , but second did both drivers were very pleasant and this company was totally reliable , on time very efficient. Will deffo use them again. A pleasure.

The taxi was booked early in the morning to get to the airport. No one arrived or answered the phone, although it was agreed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do NOT hire this company! Total disaster. Booked well in advance & reconfirmed one hour before arrival ONLY to learn upon arrival our car would be 1.5 hours late. We had to pay nearly double the far to book a taxi. Company owner would NOT answer his phone! Truly pathetic people.

Both of our drivers from Diamonds Rose were absolutely great; punctual, really friendly and helpful. Our inbound flight was quite delayed but this wasn't a problem at all. The cars were really nice, clean and comfortable and the transfer was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Union Lido | Camping 5 Stelle

Lovely driver, good price, pick up from airport all fine. However, return journey, driver was 45 minutes late due to traffic on the route, this was stressful and meant we were at end of baggage check in queue. Luckily original booking allowed 3 hrs at airport. The traffic is traditional Sat am traffic travelling to beach, so this should have been factored in by driver. He did keep us updated via live map

Excellent, friendly service. The different cars where spotless and in excellent condition. The drivers were all helpful, friendly and kept in contact with us when we had flight delays etc.
