Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Cavallino Treporti

Joke. Driver exchanged emails re trip beforehand. When we arrived at airport he wasn’t there. Plane half an hour late arriving but I sent message before took off to let him know. Rubbish service. Meant my wife and two daughters had to hang around for a cab and pay more. Won’t use service again.

You asked us a changing pick up time from 16 to 17, we responded you ok but will arrive the first driver available, your plane landed at 15.47 i don't know why you want change a pick up time at 17. Driver will be arrived at 17.30, and you decided to take taxi .

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Hilton Molino Stucky Venice

Overall, it was fine. However, we were delayed about an hour due to the airline and the taxi driver did not mention an increased fee until he dropped us at our hotel. The increase was 60 Euros. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. My wife and I were going to give the driver extra for waiting but decided against that when he sprung the additional 60 Euro charge on us at the hotel.

Journey from Airport marco polo to Hotel NH Collection Venezia Palazzo Barocci

You should state on your confirmation that taxi transfers are to the Water Bus stations only and not to the actual hotels as was stated on my confirmation. This was misleading and I wouldn't have agreed to the cost if I had known this. Also, we booked a return transfer and the driver took the full 70 euros from us on the trip into Venice but on our return to the airport the driver tried to charge us a further 35 Euros. We didn't pay it, but it was added stress having to dig out the paperwork from our luggage and to have to ring the offices. You should only pay the price of each journey when it is completed.

All round great company. I received a call when my flight had landed to say the driver was waiting out in the foyer for us. Very friendly service, driver was giving us lots of info on way to the hotel. I would definitely use this company again.
