Driver arrived 30 minutes late to take us to the airport. He drove too fast and far too close to the cars in front

the pick up was planned for 4.40pm but you asked to leave rather; and the driver had arrived at 4:20 pm; how can we satisfy you more; and in addition there was a traffric on the road how can we go fast and not be close to other vehicles; you did not even pay me as planned
