Journey from Geneva Airport to La Clusaz

the car that was promised was a Mercedes Vito. For the trip to La Clusaz a Honda CRV was used. It was a struggle for 3 adults with luggage and skis to fit in. On the way back to GVA the Vito was used. Drivers were on time and polite.

We were met on time at the Airport upon arrival and well driven to the resort. Collection was on time and we got to the airport in time for being first to check in.

Journey from Geneva International Airport to Arc 1950

Our driver was on time for both pick up and return, he knew the area well so could take short cuts to avoid traffic and we made excellent time. He was also good at keeping in touch with us during our stay to confirm the best time for our return trip on a Saturday

Journey from Geneva Airport to Annecy

We had to wait for driver at airport on our arrival. After 20 minutes wait , i called driver on whatsapp but no response. He called back after 5 minutes & he was outside airport building. During our transfer, there was was lot of screechy sound from van. Probably his vehicle was not properly maintained.

Reply from the transfer company:

Thank you for your feedback. Your flight landed quite early which is why I was not inside the airport but waiting outside. When the vehicle appears to make a noise on the motorway, this has nothing to do with the maintenance. You show bad faith in your review. It has been 6 years since I started doing this job and my vehicle is always well maintained. Please read my other reviews to see the high satisfaction rate.

Journey from Geneva to Les Arcs 1800

on time as arranged, direct transfer with some local short cuts due to traffic, no problems at all, would recommend to family and friends.
