Unfortunately we weren’t at all happy with our experience with Edelweiss. Our friends used them for a transfer the day before us and said it was a very stressful experience as Edelweiss turned up very late and didn’t communicate if, or when, they were going to arrive. So we emailed Edelweiss and asked them to send us a txt to let us know if they were going to be late. We arrived at Geneva bang on time. Edelweiss weren’t waiting where they said they would. We called them and got an answerphone. We txt them and got no reply. Then the driver arrived an hour late, with no explanation or apology. It takes minimal effort to send a brief txt, and makes a huge difference to the customers experience. They didn’t seem to care. We definitely wouldn’t recommend them. There are other companies that I’m sure would appreciate our business more.

After paying a Eur40 deposit and confirming Edelweiss to be our return transfer to Courchevel 1850, I felt comfortable that we had our transfer sorted. As what looks quite common, our train was delayed, so I followed protocol and emailed Edelweiss accordingly to say we would be an hour late. As they had not confirmed this by return email and it was getting close to our original arrival time I called them and explained the situation to the gentleman on the phone. He confirmed that he would sort this for me. As the time of our arrival neared, I received a text to say our driver was organized and he may be slightly late with a contact number. After waiting for 29 minutes I texted the contact number and called but it didn’t work. I then rang the original main number for Edelweiss and it just rang out. I left a message and text the original mobile but no one responded. Eventually we had to get a taxi. I am yet to hear any explanation or apology from Edelweiss. Disgraceful

Really not helpful when our flight had to land at Another airport . We had a bus booked for 9 people could only take 7 passengers to the resort said he didn’t have another car and that he couldn’t get another car Until 10 pm .. It was only 5pm he was going to charge us €230 For 2 people to get to the resort . We asked for a cab outside the airport that could take us straight away and that was €220 . Why wouldn’t he say try the airport taxis.. problem is your totally in there hands when you have a big family and you’ve paid a deposit. And to top it off he wanted extra than originally quoted original quote €740 we ended up paying €820 100% not use this company

did not charge any extra when our flight was delayed to lyon airport. arrived promptly on both pick ups. clean vehicles and polite English speaking drivers. we would definitely use again

Cancelled 24hrs before on a busy bank holiday. Causing a lot of stress and missing half days skiing. Suggest paying more and booking with a reputable company.

Perfect transfer, the driver was very polite and professional. Actually would love to book my return transfer with him.
