Journey from Moutiers to Courchevel 1850

less than 24h before we were due to be picked up, we had an email cancelling our service. It was a bit of a disaster and not trivial to find another taxi once we got to Moutiers. Fortunately, another taxi company was incredibly helpful and kind and helped us to find another lift. We were left wondering why Edelweiss Taxi couldn't have helped us in the same way when they left us stranded.

Journey from Méribel to Geneva Airport

Driver didn’t speak English, but was punctual and drove well. Unfortunately while my confirmation said card was accepted, the driver told me upon boarding the car that he could only accept cash (due to the lack of a card reader), and since we didn’t have any, made us stop at an ATM to get cash. While we still barely made our flight, this did delay us a little and caused some inconvenience (on top of foreign withdrawal bank fees). So for other passengers: make sure you have cash if you book with them. Otherwise, great price, decent car, friendly driver, and good experience.

Had booked and paid a deposit for this transfer months in advance I received a text message once I arrived at the airport to say the driver could not take me to my destination. I even had to prompt the driver to refund my deposit. Stay away.

Journey from Verbier to Courchevel

Highly recommend this company! We used their sevices twice (from Verbier to Courcheval and from our Courcheval hotel to the Mutier train station). Excellent prices and clean vehicle. In fact, we left something in the vehicle and the driver was kind enough to come back to the hotel the next day and drop it off.
