Journey from Grenoble to La Plagne - Belle Plagne

Driver good. However, company did not contact us to let us know driver was delayed. When I contacted them it took a few interactions to clear answer on timing. Driver then went to incorrect location in airport to collect us.

Journey from Gare Routière to Méribel-Mottaret

A late change in our plans necessitated a larger vehicle, but Mr Godard obliged. However, there was a delay in getting the vehicle, hence not a 5 star rating. :-)

Journey from Courchevel 1650 to Geneva International Airport

Upon confirmation I received an email that stated the confirmation of my booking. There was no mention of an attachment to the email, in which the driver had changed the terms of the booking to pay cash only. On my mobile phone the attachment only showed up after I scrolled through all of the correspondence to the end of message. Therefore I was not prepared with cash, we were late to the airport, and I had to spend time trying to find an atm before I was able to check in for my flight. If you are going to require people to enter their flight information, the company should advise if a time change should be needed to be on time. There was a car expo next to the airport that our driver talked about, stating that was part of the reason for heavy traffic. If he knew this, why not advise us that we should leave earlier.

Journey from Gare de Moûtiers - Salins - Brides-les-Bains to appartements jardin d'alpin courchevel

The driver wasn't familiar with where we were going and unfortunately my French wasn't good enough to communicate terribly well. However she was prompt and got us where we needed to go! Thanks!
