Reply from the transfer company:

This review is wrong, malicious and irrelevant. My terms of payment state clearly : "no charge for flight delays. The driver may not be able to wait if delay exceeds 1 hr". Wether the driver is "able" or "not able" to wait is decided by me, taking in account the other journeys and bookings scheduled. Considering that Mr. E. had paid a deposit, considering that it would probably not be easy to find a cab at the airport for a 3hrs journey at 280 Euros, I informed Mr. E. that I could ask the driver to wait but that would be charged 50 €/hr. This offer was accepted, the flight was delayed by 3 1/2 hrs. In the middle of the journey, the driver called explaining that Mr. E. was reluctant to pay. I then asked the driver, in such case, to drop the party off, not "at the nearest town" but in Moutiers, THE big train and coach station in the surroundings, ca 35 km away from their final destination. Willing to avoid the driver the same painful argument on the return journey, I emailed Mr. E. that I required a payment of the balance by card in order to confirm the return. This email was sent on tuesday morning. With no answer on fryday at 12.00 I had to cancel the trip. Mr. E. paid a total 280 + 160 € = 440 €, in any ways "over 540 Euros". I surely would not accept a booking from a dishonest person.

I sent a driver to a wrong adress, not helping the passenger in his transfer. As an apology, if possible, I offer him a free return transfer Moutiers - Méribel or equivalent in kms.
